  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Issue 1:

I checked your sitemap page and is loading just fine, however, all of your 4 sitemap URL variations don’t redirect to a final variation as you can see in the screenshot I added in the sensitive data section.

Please follow this guide and redirect to a final variation:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/couldnt-fetch-error-google-search-console/#num-5-4-redirect-all-three-other-versions-to-your-preferred-variation

    Issue 2:

    Please follow the steps below:

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

After conducting all the steps above, remove all your sitemaps from your GSC and resubmit only the primary sitemap (sitemap_index.xml).

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

    1. From your screenshot, it seems that it’s getting a redirect loop error due to incorrect redirection placed on your site. In this case, you can get in touch with your web host to assist you in redirecting all of your website’s versions to the final (HTTPS and non-WWW).

    2. From your sitemap index, the /anwp_competition-sitemap.xml is not included. Please go through this checklist to ensure that your post types get included in your sitemap:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/url-not-in-sitemap/

Let us know how this goes.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

    1. Is possible without that redirection to WWW to make a sitemap to work?
    2. I follow your article and everything is correct on my wp, pls see this IMAGE https://loom.com/i/c9921fc9e1204662affab1e0c2dc3097

    Hello,

    1. All variations of your URL need to be redirected to the preferred version of your URL which is currently the non-www. You may contact your hosting provider for that as they are in the best position to help you.

    2. We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hi,

    1. Yes, now I use HTTPS without www.
But when someone tries to check site www its possible

    2. Login details is in sensitive data

    Hello,

    1. All the sitemap URLs are still returning a 200 status and the www URLs are blank pages. As you have already added the rules, we’ll suggest you get in touch with your web host and ask them to redirect the sitemap URL to the preferred variation.

    2. I have flushed the sitemap cache, the https://sportlive.icu/anwp_competition-sitemap.xml sitemap is now working:
    working

Please check and let us know if you have any questions.

We are here to assist you.

    Hi

As my site uses now non-www, in google search console is using https://www.domain.com/
Is possible in google search to change from https://www.domain.com/ to https://domain.com/ ?
BTW, google my site only index without www, so I think that is best to change URL in google search console.

    Hello,

After implementing the redirection, yes, you would also need to update the correct variation in Google Search Console.

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.

but I am asking to “how to change in google search console” to use no WWW, in URL? as my now configuration use WWW in URL, and google index my site with no WWW, that is why I think is best to change URL in google search console?

    Hello,

You will need to create a new property in Google Search Console. You can refer to this guide for how: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/34592

Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have questions.
