For example, I just went into Product and digital pricing guide to do some editing. The title field say “click to enter custom title”. It does that nearly every time I go to do anything.

Upon further checking your site here, I was able to replicate the issue you are talking about. However, I went ahead and did a conflict check and on troubleshooting, I noticed that the issue happens due to the Nimble Page Builder which is required by your theme.
You may want to consult the devs team on the plugin regarding the issue here to further get the source of the problem.
However, it does not mean that the title remains unsaved, in an actual sense it seems like a cache issue since when you change the title it still gets updated as well.
