  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

The default login URL(/wp-login.php) does not work, would you mind sharing the custom URL that I can use to login?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Your website is reporting an error “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS” on the login page. Could you please check for duplicate redirections on this and disable them?

We are looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello Michael,

I have updated all the pluggings hoping that would solve the duplicate redirections. Otherwise, I should wait until my colleagues from the development team are back next week.

    Kind regards,

    Hello,

    It is still not opening.

Could you please turn off the Redirection module in the Rank Math plugin and if there’s any other redirection plugin?

    That should solve the issue.

With that said, we highly recommend going through the following guide thoroughly to making sure that you have set up the plugin completely and correctly:

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Thank you, could you please try now?

    Hello,

Thanks for getting back to us.

I am sorry but the page is still reporting the same error.
You may have to reach out to your host so that they can help in this issue.

    Thank you.

Host provider says I have to allow access to WordPress from your country. I allowed USA and Singapore, assuming you live in one of those, am I right? Can you try now please? Cheers!

    Hi Daira,

Thanks for getting back to us.

Please whitelist Kenya too so that we can check this issue for you.

We are looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Done! Thank you.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the follow up.

You have enabled the option to add references to images that appear on posts and this is what is causing the images to be added to the sitemap file.
You can disable this option by heading over to Rank Math > Sitemap settings as shown below:
    IMG

You can fix the other issue by heading over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Other pages and setting the archive sub pages to “noindex”

I hope this info helps. Thank you.

Thank you so much! When you say the “other issue”, do you mean the indexing of pages like https://www.dairaps.com/project/ or https://www.dairaps.com/dt_testimonials/?

If so, I went to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Misc Pages and in Noindex Archive Subpages, the option was marked as Off already.

Is there anything else I can do? Please remember I already disallow this on my robots.txt

    Cheers,

    Dem

    Hi Daira,

    Thanks for the response.

To disable indexing on all the project posts, I have enabled the “noindex” robots meta option via Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Portfolio settings page.

Please let us know if this is the kind of functionality that you are after.

    Thank you.

    Hi Michael,

I put off answering you for a week so we could see the changes on Google.
    site:www.dairaps.com

On 23rd of August: 498 pages (69 are good)
One week later: 3rd of September: 410 pages (70 are good)

Unfortunately, pages of projects are still indexed:
    https://www.dairaps.com › project › creative-notebook

I am after a functionality that will stop Google from indexing pages like:
    https://www.dairaps.com › dt_testimonials (and https://www.dairaps.com › dt_testimonials › 1-albert, https://www.dairaps.com › dt_testimonials › 3-pere, https://www.dairaps.com › dt_testimonials › 4-eduard, etc.)
    https://www.dairaps.com › dt_gallery
    https://www.dairaps.com › dt_team
    https://www.dairaps.com › dt_logos
    – As per the images, Google are indexing non-existing pages:
    *https://www.dairaps.com › sector-distribucion › distribet
    *https://www.dairaps.com › powerpoint-2
    *https://www.dairaps.com › 04-thumbnail
    *https://www.dairaps.com › anortec-2
    Is this desirable?
Some of the images are indexed though:
    https://www.dairaps.com › la-empresa › paco-juanma
    https://www.dairaps.com › 01-thumbnail

Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Thank you,

    Demelsa

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

I have logged in to your site and modified the robots meta for testimonial pages, dt_gallery, dt_team, dt_logos and the media attachments. This will prevent Google from indexing the pages.
In regards to the non-existing pages, I can recommend that you submit outdated content removal requests for each of the pages as discussed on this article: https://support.google.com/websearch/answer/6349986?hl=en

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
