Images showing as indexed pages

#10989
  • Hi!

Google has found 583 indexed pages for my site (www.dairaps.com). Many of them are images I added using WPBakery Page Builder.

I read in another post that Rank Math has issues with the page builder.

    – Is my problem related to issues between Rank Math and WPBakery?
    – How can I solve it please? Doing a disallow for every single image is really not an option.

Thank you in advance for your help!

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

No I don’t believe that this is related to a WPBakery and Rank Math compatibility issue. You can however fix this by setting your media to noindex by heading over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Media > Media Robots Meta as shown below:

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Many thanks for the prompt reply. However, this feature was already on. Is there anything else I can do?

    Cheers!

    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
