Google couldn’t fetch sitemap

Hi,

I have added my sitemap in Google Search Console including 13 pages , 59posts, 35 category. totally 107 links. I have no 404 error, but it seems google couldn’t fetch my sitemap.

The sitemap status in GSC is success and updated lately, but when I use URL inspection tool, just few URLs are on Google and even more strange is that coverage is shown “Indexed, not submitted in sitemap”.

Th big problem is that majority of the URLs has issue “URL is not on Google”, two types of Coverage are shown”
Excluded by ‘noindex’ tag” and URL is unknown to Google.

Please refer to the attachment with robots file, can you check if there is any issue? I have no ideia why google couldn’t crawl urls and index? thanks.
