    RM had been working well and now when you place the keywords in and update, they disappear and yes I’ve tried multiple times

    We tested the situation and noticed that this is caused by some sort of plugin/theme conflict as with only Rank Math enabled the route is being called and the keyword updated on the page correctly.

    Because of this, we recommend following this article to identify the plugin or theme that is causing this issue: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

    If you discover this to be caused by the security plugin you have, for example, you can get in touch with the relevant support team and ask why this route is being blocked on the website.

    We don’t require FTP access, as we already indicated that this is caused by a plugin conflict on your website.

    Due to the sheer number of plugins, we can’t test them all so we recommend you follow the article we mentioned (https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/) and take note of the plugin causing this issue.

    I sent the FTP info per your earlier request… I’ll keep plugging away on this however don’t you have a list of some of the offending plugins ??

    Please follow the instructions we mentioned in the previous reply and get in touch with the plugin developers of the plugin we identified to be causing this conflict on your website.

    This is preventing the API routes from our plugin to be called correctly.

    We already have FTP access but we don’t require it as we already instructed you on the next steps.
