The login credentials don’t seem to work anymore as every time we login we get the message that we are not allowed to access the page.
We already have the hosts file edited and ready to access the website so that is not the case, this is a different situation and it might be related to the permissions you have set up for our user.
Please verify the same and if possible include FTP credentials so we can make some changes to the plugin files if necessary to fix the situation.

Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do from our side to fix the situation since the error is happening with the connection between WooCommerce and that plugin.
The error message you see about the database table is just a notice and the table is now created so this is a non-issue at the moment.
We would recommend getting in touch with the plugin developer as they are the only ones that will be able to correct the issue and make sure the function is not returning an error.
