“Focus Keyword & Snippet” cannot be edited

    Hi,

    We were setting up our new website and found that all the “Focus Keyword” and Snippet cannot be edited. By following your troubleshooting guide(

    ), we thought that there’re some conflicts between Rank Math SEO and a payment plugin called “newebpay” (

    ).

    We have also contacted the developer with no response yet, so could you help us to figure out & fix what’s causing this?

    Could you please further explain the issue in detail? Are you not able to enter details in the keyword field and snippet editor? Or, do all the changes you made aren’t being saved?

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    The Login URL you shared doesn’t seem to work. I also tried changing the host into the IP you indicated and it also won’t work as you can see in the screenshot I shared in the Sensitive Data section.

    Could you please check?

    We have checked the Login URL and found it worked fine if you change the host.
    Would you please change your host before login as our screenshot shared in the Sensitive Data section?

    Also, we followed the initial troubleshooting guide and it looked like there’s no JavaScript-related Errors, Firewall Blocked Access issues, or Cloudflare issues.

    We have no ideas where and why these two plugins have conflict, please help us to solve this problem. 🙁

    I’m sorry but the login URL still won’t work on my end. Please refer to my video screencast. I tried accessing the IP first then the login URL and then changed the host again but still no luck.

    Could you please check if you have geoblocking in your server?

    Unfortunately, we don’t we can’t configure this on our end with our current system.

    I tried logging in using the username and password you provided instead but it also doesn’t work. https://i.rankmath.com/SypJGB

    Does that means even though you changed the hosts using our method in the video, yet still couldn’t login? Or you just changed the IP within URL?

    We don’t have geoblocking or other restriction in our server; however, this new website is not published yet, and that’s the reason why you must change hosts first to login (in case you’re misled to our old website through the URL).

    No matter you directly go to the link or using username and password, everyone must edit the hosts, or you may be led to our old website.

    Also, we’ve added some information in Sensitive Data, could you please help to take a look?

    With the plugin you mentioned enabled, the route that we use to update the metadata throws a 500 error which usually indicates a server issue.

    Please check the server log for more information on the error and what exactly is causing the route to fail.

    The route used for this is the following: https://yourdomain.com/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta?_locale=user

    When you have more information if the error points to Rank Math please share the exact error message with us so we can debug the situation further.

    Hi,

    After we checked the error log, it seemed that our “Table ‘XXXXXXXXX.wp_rank_math_analytics_objects ” disappeared.

    We also tried the following methods and still found it didn’t work.

    There is our error log in sensitive data which recorded what happened when we tried to update the keywords(and failed), could you please take a look and see if there’s any way to fix this problem? Thank you.
