Error "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."

    My WordPress website, dashboard and all other options are working well except when I click any of the ‘setting’ buttons under RankMath menu. It says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

    I have shared the gif screenshot of the issue in the sensitive data column and also the login credentials.

    I already checked your response to various other similar support questions under the RankMath support section like this – https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/sorry-you-are-not-allowed-to-access-this-page/ . I have also disabled and enabled a few other plugins ( for example, I disabled Menu Editor Pro plugin ) to detect any incompatibility reasons.. but nothing worked.

    So, kindly look into this.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    One step had not been completed on the setup wizard to setup the user roles that are allowed to manage the plugin settings. I have completed this step for you.
