I have just installed the plug in – am unable to connect to Google Search Console (i’ve done all verification steps etc) then on other pages i’m getting a ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’ message when trying to set things up (such as advanced settings). Can someone assist please. Thanks

I am so sorry to hear that.

Could you please:

1. Ensure you are on the latest version of Rank Math plugin.
2. Deactivate the plugin once and reactivate it.

One of these might fix the issue. If it doesn’t, share your WP logins in the sensitive data section so we can take a closer look.

We might need to take a closer look at your settings. Please open a new ticket and edit the first post on the ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
