    My site was blocked. It was in maintenance mode, but I don’t know that it was totally blocked. I’m in PHP 7.4 version. I tried in PHP 7.3, again error. Then version PHP 7.2 and it seems to work.

    The Kinsta support told me :

    The plugin, seo-by-rank-makth was at the origin of the error:

    “I disabled the plugin to make your site load again; but you can try using an older version of PHP, like 7.3 or 7.2 to see if that solves the problem with the plugin. If not, you should forward this screenshot to its developers to help you solve the problem.”

    Could you guide me on how to solve the problem with your plugin? I would like to stay with PHP 7.4 for efficiency and security reasons. Can you take a look at the screenshot please. Thank you in advance, cordially, M.POTTIER

    I don’t see any new details in the Sensitive Data Section.

    fr.maximelesmotsducoeur.com – is this your staging site or live site? The changes I am making using the FTP are not reflecting on this site.

    It seems to work, but not on the homepage. It always has an error. When someone goes to my site (so start with the home page), they get an error.

    Hello, good news, the problem is solved!

    I contacted Kinsta support, who noticed that Rank Math was trying to make calls with the Wo commerce plugin and was not answering.

    In fact, I had been using the “Plugin Organizer” plugin which had blocked access to “Wo commerce” on the home page. This created the problem. Having removed the deactivation of Wo commerce on the home page, the problem is gone. I thank you for your assistance and announce you that everything is back in order.
