Ok so basically the move to OG means a core conflict where there was none before?
Edit – I tried your product schema but its directly injecting the score into the page which is not how we use scores. Our product schema is more advanced than yours.

If you feel Rank math product schema doesn’t fit your requirements as your current schema option, please set Rank math schema to none or completely disable the schema module so you can use the schema generated by your optional setup.

I have to be honest, a new firmware that locks out other schema is anti-competitive. Especially when there were no compatibilities issues up until the last few updates.
My setup is not optional, but you are trying to make Rank Math non-optional.
