We recommend getting in touch with the hosting provider and asking to increase the memory a little bit so the website has more room to execute its tasks.
As for the time limit, we don’t recommend setting it down to 120 again as that is likely to cause fatal errors again.
You can coordinate with the hosting provider and start decreasing those values in small increments and see where the sweet spot lies. The same can be done for the memory of the server.
