Can’t see values after the last update

    Hello,

    Some values like search impressions, search keywords, CTRs etc. are not visible after the last update. You can see my screenshot.ss

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please follow these steps:

    If you are not seeing any data inside your Analytics module, this guide might help you.

    <h2>A. Pre-check List</h2>
    1. You should not be using Google Analytics v4 or Matomo Analytics.

    2. Update to the latest version of Rank Math

    3. Ensure that you are logged in to your paid account:
    rank math member area

    4. Disconnect and reconnect your account from inside WordPress:

    <h2>B. Refresh Tokens</h2>
    1. Please delete RankMath’s app from here:
    https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

    2. Re-create tables by clicking WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Re-create database Table button.

    3. Reconnect the account inside Rank Math by clicking here and ensure that you approve all the permission notices that shows up:
    WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the Reconnect link

    4. Let the process complete and it might take around 30 minutes.

    5. Now head over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Rebuild Index for Analytics button.

    6. Please check if the data shows up here:

    If that does not help, please paste the data from here:
    WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Rebuild Index for Analytics button

    The analytics module is available in the free mode, just with limited features like it was before, here is a reference: https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics/.

    The features in the free mode will always be free, nothing has been removed, we have actually added some features.

    Since the first ticket, my issue is the same; I can’t see Search Impressions, Total Keywords, Search Clicks, Avg. CTR, Keyword Positions. These were working in the previous version and free. This ticket couldn’t solve this problem. https://ibb.co/B403Yxm

    That was an oversight on my colleague’s part.

    Assuming you uploaded the latest free version to your website already, please disconnect your account from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.

    Then, reconnect it from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.

    Delete the Analytics data at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics:

    Update the data manually from the same page:

    If you like, we can do that for you but we need your WP logins for that.
