    Hi there
I can’t connect to google search console and analytics. I tried reconnecting more than 10 times and even use another google account but it says “Warning: You have not given the permission to fetch this data. Please reconnect with all required permissions.”
I have read all you articles and tried everything found on google.
Here is the error screenshot: https://ibb.co/n6MjDb3

  • Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello

    I recorded my screen.
You can find the share link in the sensitive data.

    Hello,

We are so sorry for the delay. Our team is checking this and we will get back to you ASAP.

    Hello,

The FTP details are no longer working.

Can you please share the updated details?

    Thank you.

    Hello

I tested it using FileZilla and it works.

    Hello,

It is not working for us: https://i.rankmath.com/rcC0UR

Have you restricted FTP access to certain regions?

Is 21 the correct port to use?

    Hello
    Yes, you are right.
Could you please send me your IP address to add it to the access list?

    Hello
I find your IP address in WP Activity Logs and add it to the FTP access list.
I hope it can fix the connection issue. If it’s not the correct IP please let me know.

P.S: The IP mentioned in sensitive Data

    Hello,

We found SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate error on your website (https://shop.daytg.com/).

The error unable to get local issuer certificate occurs when root certificate is not working properly especially when an SSL client makes an HTTPS request and during this, the client has to share an SSL certificate for identity verification.

Here is an article on how to solve this problem.
    https://www.ebuilderz.com/ssl-certificate-error/#Reason_for_Unable_To_Get_Local_Issuer_Certificate_Error

Once that is sorted, the connection will work just fine.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hello
Thank you very much for your follow up.
Could you please let me know how and where you receive this error?
Or, send me the error details?

    Hello,

We haven’t used any tools to find this problem. We used debugging.

To validate the token, send a request to https://www.googleapis.com/oauth2/v1/tokeninfo and set the token as the access_token parameter’s value. That URL accepts and returns information about the token, including the application that the token was issued to, the user associated with the token, the scopes that the user granted access to, and the time before the token expires.
    The URL is as follows:
    $url = 'https://www.googleapis.com/oauth2/v1/tokeninfo?access_token=' . $tokens['access_token'];
$response = wp_remote_get( $url ); // <==== There was an error here. So there was such an error in the response we received. SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate Hope that helps.

    Hello
Thanks again for your kind support.
I sent the information about the error to my hosting provider but either they don’t know or don’t want to fix this problem.
They ask me for more details about how this error happens or how to fix this issue.

I know that it has nothing to do with you guys and Rank Math anymore but since I don’t have any information and access to my host settings (it is sharing) could you please guide me through this problem?

BTW, I’m using Let’s Encrypt free SSL. Can it Cause the problem?

    Hello,

We have seen 100s of users use Let’s Encrypt. We use the same on our test installs without any issues.

If your web host doesn’t have a clue about this, we would recommend that you switch hosts to avoid any problems in the future. GoDaddy and BlueHost are both good options but if you want to extend your budget – we recommend going for Kinsta or CloudWays.

Alternatively, you can try using Google’s Site Kit and see if that works. If it does, feel free to disable Rank Math’s Analytics functionality as the rest of the features seem to be working fine now.

We know this is not the ideal solution but since your web host is refusing to look into it – this might be your best bet.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hello
Thanks you guys again for your kind support (especially Uzair)
And thanks for your amazing seo plugin. I think it’s the best.
