We are having an issue with the new RankMath plugin – I keep getting automatically logged out in the Rankmath account login page. I login and the ‘CONNECT TO RANKMATH ACCOUNT’ button in the Rankmath plugin shows up yet again.
On this forum page it suggests I ask our host if we have base64_encode enabled on your website because issues like this can occur when that happens.
Our host said this:
It’s likely a firewall issue, we’ve whitelisted the ip listed here In Cloudflare https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/not-being-able-to-connect-rank-math-account-to-my-website/ but if that doesn’t fixed it probably easiest to log a ticket with rankmath. That account connection thing is super unreliable and we see issues with it all the time on our managed seo clients.So I am now contacting you about this because we have not found a resolution via our host.
