Hello,
Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We have released a fix for the issue with connecting Rank Math account in our latest beta update. Please follow this guide to enable the beta updates on your site: https://rankmath.com/kb/version-control/#beta-updates
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thanks Jaideep,
I have made this change as you suggested. I will let you know if the problem persists.
There was a warning about activating the Beta version:
WARNING: It is not recommended to use the beta version on live production sites.
Is there anything I need to look out for please?
Thanks,
Jen
The issue is persisting. I’m not connected to Rank Math or RM Pro and have to reconnect.
It seems to show up everytime I look at the back end, at least every half hour.
What can we try now please?
Hello,
Can you please refer to this guide to address the issue? https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-automatic-update-unavailable-for-this-plugin/#unable-to-encrypt
If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hi,
I will do the troubleshooting step but I have to wait until early morning time when no one is on the site.
Could this be the issue?
The REST API is one way WordPress, and other applications, communicate with the server. One example is the block editor screen, which relies on this to display, and save, your posts and pages.
The REST API request failed due to an error.
Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
It’s OK, I have logged in via my Admin area and now our website is appearing on our account.
Thanks for your help. Hopefully this is the issue and I hope it helps you to know the outcome.
Hello,
We are glad the issue is resolved.
If you have any questions in the future, please feel free to create a new forum topic, and it will be our pleasure to assist you again.
Thank you.
