I briefly checked a few of your attachments and they are set as noindex.
Please know that the images are already included in your sitemap.
You can open your post or pages sitemap and see the images beside each post’s URL: 
The sitemap you are referencing to pertains to the attachment pages. We do not recommend enabling attachments, let alone have a separate sitemap for it. The reason being that attachments cause thin content issues and dilute down your website’s authority.

If you still want to proceed and enable attachments as well as attachment sitemaps, you can do so from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Links. Disable the redirect attachments option: 
Then, go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > Media and enable the Attachments sitemap.
Finally, go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Media and Deselect all options from within the customs options: 
The sitemap should work fine after that.

Please make your attachments indexable to fix this – although we do not recommend doing that like I mentioned.
If you have any attachments indexable but the sitemap is still showing 404, please link me to such an attachment so we can check.

Instead, a 404 error occurs when calling the two attachments XML Sites.

Please login to your server and rename the health-check plugin to health-check2. You can also try to troubleshoot the issue using Health check plugin by following the steps given here.
