Analytics Dashboard not showing Clicks, etc

    I have RankMath (Free) running on my website (https://sidehustleminder.com).

    The SEO Analytics Dashboard on RankMath is showing the value ‘0’ for Search Impressions, Search Clicks, Total Keywords and Avg CTR.
    But there are figures showing when I check Google Analytics.

    Why isn’t it working on RankMath?

    FYI, I am not using GAv4..just the UA Tracking ID.
    I have also tried reconnecting and ‘Flushing’ but still doesn’t seem to work.

    Please advise.

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Assuming you are using the latest version of Rank Math (please update if not yet), head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.

    Here, click on the Delete Data button followed by clicking on the Update Data Manually button. Wait for a few minutes and see if that fixes the issue.

    If that’s not the case then, you can try Re-Creating the tables. To do this, enable the Advanced Mode from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard.

    Then, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools.

    Here, click on the Re-Create Tables button under the Re-create Missing Database Tables section.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I’ve followed the steps until `Re-create Tables’.
    The data is still showing `0′.

    Does RankMath give Real-Time Data like shown in Google Analytics?
    I notice that the data period in RankMath is available only up to a few days ago.
    Should I wait a few more days to see whether the data tables get populated?

    Thanks for getting back to us.

    As another troubleshooting step could you please make sure that you have selected all the appropriate settings under WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics?
    Analytics free settings

    In case you have not selected the values here, please do so and proceed to do a fresh import of your Google data by following this tutorial: https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/
