Assuming you are using the latest version of Rank Math (please update if not yet), head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.
Here, click on the Delete Data button followed by clicking on the Update Data Manually button. Wait for a few minutes and see if that fixes the issue.
If that’s not the case then, you can try Re-Creating the tables. To do this, enable the Advanced Mode from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard.
Then, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools.
Here, click on the Re-Create Tables button under the Re-create Missing Database Tables section.

I’ve followed the steps until `Re-create Tables’.
The data is still showing `0′.
Does RankMath give Real-Time Data like shown in Google Analytics?
I notice that the data period in RankMath is available only up to a few days ago.
Should I wait a few more days to see whether the data tables get populated?

As another troubleshooting step could you please make sure that you have selected all the appropriate settings under WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics?
In case you have not selected the values here, please do so and proceed to do a fresh import of your Google data by following this tutorial: https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/
