I deactivated Rank Math, but nothing changed. It seems that when setting a size for an image, it won´ t show the alt tag anymore. I will ask the elementor helpdesk. So you are sure it is not Rank Math? Can it be that it changed someting in the database or in the theme?

It is very unlikely for Rank Math to alter the settings of WordPress or any other plugin/theme. As the issue still persists when Rank Math is disabled, the issue is most probably caused by some other plugin or theme.
