I discovered that the problem is with the Arabic language only. When I switch the WordPress English control panel interface, the problem disappears.

I have been able to replicate the problem. The title is still editable if you switch Rank math to the side bar. I have however forwarded this issue to the dev team for further investigation.

Please update to the latest version, 1.0.43.1. Head over to your WordPress plugins/update page and update the Rank Math plugin to the latest version.
We just released an update. That should fix the issue.
You might need to clear your browser cache by using any of these keyboard combinations:
Windows: Ctrl + F5
Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R
Linux: F5
And, clear your website and server-cache if you are still seeing any issues from Rank Math’s end.

There is a simple problem that the description quotes from the first paragraph in the article. It should be dedicated to handwriting so that I can manually edit the description. Also the title …. Do you have a solution for this problem?

Hello,
Those characters are the encoded version of your permalink. Don’t worry, they mean exactly what you typed, just they are encoded since search engines only use ASCII characters and any other must be encoded. But Google will still understand your content since it decodes the permalink when it reads the website.
