My site was blocked. It was in maintenance mode, but I don’t know that it was totally blocked. I’m in PHP 7.4 version. I tried in PHP 7.3, again error. Then version PHP 7.2 and it seems to work.
The Kinsta support told me :
The plugin, seo-by-rank-makth was at the origin of the error:
“I disabled the plugin to make your site load again; but you can try using an older version of PHP, like 7.3 or 7.2 to see if that solves the problem with the plugin. If not, you should forward this screenshot to its developers to help you solve the problem.”
Could you guide me on how to solve the problem with your plugin? I would like to stay with PHP 7.4 for efficiency and security reasons. Can you take a look at the screenshot please. Thank you in advance, cordially, M.POTTIER

It should work without any issue, since Rank Math should work with any PHP version 7.0+.
Since you are facing that issue, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

2 ) By upgrading to php version 7.2, the problem seemed to be solved. Unfortunately, rank math still causes problems, you will find screenshots in the “senstive data”. My site is not accessible with rank math, when I disable it, it works again.
I would like it to run normally on my website and in php version 7.4.

Online, it is blocked. When I am identified, there is no problem. But when a visitor is not already connected, the site is inaccessible.
Maybe the problem comes from the function: “is_cart()”. I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Please refer to the error report. My website is inaccessible when Rank Math is used. Can you please check further?
