#1 ~ Check REST API Status Using WordPress Site Health:
It’s possible that your website may having trouble connecting to the WordPress REST API. To check this, simply go to the WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Site Health page to view the report. If the REST API is not working, you should see an alert under the recommended improvements like, “The REST API encountered an unexpected result.”
#2 ~ Check your WordPress site URL setting:
Please head over to the WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General page and make sure that the Site Address and WordPress Address options are correct.
