    Your team deleted my ticket…

    This is extremely rude and will result in a Google Review 1/5 star left.

    I have NO idea why your team has deleted my ticket, I have not been told why.

    I am not going to pay for my yearly subscription again if your team is going to ignore issues and fuck over their paid users… until this issue has been fixed, i will be leaving a google review

    I received an email from RankMath regarding my support ticket, only to find that it had been deleted.

    The email was from your team (Uzair)

    Ive logged on today and found that the RankMath team has broken my Google Search Console as well as Google Analytics.

    All sitemaps on Google Search Console are failing and “Couldnt be fetched”

    I am blown away by the support I have received… PLEASE fix these issues…. like what the hell? all you are doing is breaking more things… and fixing nothing…

    We haven’t deleted your ticket. We have refunded your PRO plan since we don’t tolerate abusive language. Our support team was trying to help you resolve the issue, but it takes time, and cooperation from your end to figure out the cause and fix it.

    Since you are no longer on the PRO plan, you will not be able to access the tickets you created in the PRO forums. Our support team doesn’t have access to your GSC account, so we can’t break anything there. Please check the detailed issue reported by Google for the sitemap and let us know so we can help you fix it.

    Please note that if you use abusive words or yell again, we will have no choice other than to block your account & site from using Rank Math.
