Mostly on the Home Page, why? what about the other 19 pages that contain a whole lot of keywords, Meta Data phrase, and tags?
If clear cache is so important every time a correction is made, where would I do that?

Your homepage is the pillar page for your site. Think of it as the root of your site. It is the page from which other pages are referred from. Basically, anyone searching for your domain URL is likely to find your homepage first before any other pages. This is why the site-wide analysis will be mostly focused on the homepage than other pages. Please note that this doesn’t mean other pages are not considered in the analysis.
For a closer on page analysis, you should find this under Rank math metabox on each individual page.
Clearing cache is only required if you have a caching plugin on your site or server. If you don’t then you can ignore this. If you wish to clear all the current SEO Analysis data and start afresh just head to Rank math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and Flush SEO Analysis data.
You should also note that the SEO analysis information is only for your reference. It is there to help you to improve on your site-wide optimization and if you feel some tests are not going along with your site requirements you can safely ignore them.
