Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
For Rank Math to recognize the images, they should be added using the <img>
tag.
Could you please share the affected URL to check? Also, are you using any shortcodes to display the image on your site?
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
hi,
where shall I add the tag ?
The main URL is bauhofwohnimpuls.de, but pretty much every page has that issue in the backend. In the frontend, sometimes it says that I have rich media in usage.
No i dont have shortcodes for Images in usage.
Thanks in advance.
Hello,
Depending upon the method you’re using to add the images, the <img>
tags should be added automatically.
However, since page builders make extensive use of shortcodes, it is hard to determine if the image is added or not.
With that being said, we might need to take a closer look at the issue. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include the affected URL & WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
