    Hi Mohammad,

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

I do not see any code related to that when I load your website so I am not sure where that might be coming from.

Are you certain it gets removed after deactivating only Rank Math? Have you tried disabling ALL plugins and only enabling Rank Math and then check?

We would love to check it for you if you want. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hi Mohammad,

It looks like the script is still there even after Rank Math is deactivated. I have shared a screencast in the sensitive data section as proof.

You might want to disable all plugins and enable them one by find until you find the problematic plugin. I would start with OneSignal because they share your website analytics data with others and I wouldn’t be surprised if that plugin is loading this tracking script.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
