The ?sitemap=1 URL is just one way to access your sitemap and if your permalink structure is set to “Plain”. If you are not using a “Plain” permalink structure, the sitemap.xml page should automatically be redirected to the primary sitemap sitemap_index.xml.
For initial troubleshooting, Please follow the steps below:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
After that, https://weeklyonce.com/sitemap.xml should redirect to https://weeklyonce.com/sitemap_index.xml.
