You can find this file on this path Rank Math > General Settings > Edit .htaccess file.

Thankyou. All sorted. However, I have another issue that I’m not sure if it is related to Rankmath.
Can you check my site for robots.txt directive? As far as I can tell it is saying index the site but GSC url inspection checker is saying the site is blocked. Any settings with rankmath I should be checking?

I am glad that the first issue is now resolved 🙂
In regards to the other issue, everything looks ok on the robots.txt file please check whether the global options have been set to no index by heading over to RM > Titles & Meta > Global Meta.
Additionally, you can also check whether your site has been set to noindex by heading over to Settings > Reading > Search Engine Visibility.
