There seems to be a text CREATED added at the end of your sitemap file. To confirm if it is being added by your theme or a plugin on your site, you may need to deactivate each of your plugins one by one and switch your theme to a default one such as Twenty Twenty while checking your sitemap. Please let us know if you are able to find the cause of the issue.

I turned off all plugins then reactivated all of them and it is working now.
