Check in your Google Search Console for which URLs this issue is being shown. Share those URLs in the sensitive data section or take a screenshot of the page where you are seeing this error and share that. You can use https://imgbb.com to share the screenshot.

I checked your website’s source but I was unable to find any No Index tags.
Could you please confirm if you’re testing your sitemap.xml URL? The No Index tag is added to the sitemaps on purpose, and you shouldn’t change that. It is added so that the sitemap itself doesn’t get included in the Google search index.
If that’s not the case, then please share the URL for which the error is displayed, so that we can further investigate the issue.

Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
Once done, remove all the sitemaps and submit only the sitemap_index.xml
in Google Search Console and wait for Google to recrawl the sitemap.
