    The www and non-www versions of your URL are not redirected to the same site. Kindly help.

    I’ve read the article about editing .htaccess but I can’t edit it.

    I read another article about checking permisions with domain but there’s where I don’t understand. Kindly help

    Please make sure you’ve clicked the checkbox before trying to edit .htaccess file.

    If you’ve access to your cPanel. You should be able to edit .htaccess file from cPanel also.

    Regarding permission check means, if you have permission to access and write to the files/directory of the domain.
