It looks like the Schema is added by Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP plugin. It is not recommended to use multiple Schema plugins as they might result in conflicts and cause similar issues.
Please disable that plugin and after clearing the website and browser’s cache, test the page with the Rich Snippet Tool.

The Product Schema should only be inserted on pages that refer to a single product according to Google guidelines:
https://developers.google.com/search/docs/advanced/structured-data/product
Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Brands and enable the Remove Snippet Data option.
Once done, clear the cache of your site and check the URL with the Rich Snippet Tool.

We have an option to select the Global Identifier in the PRO plugin, for now, you can fix it by adding that to your products using the custom product attribute feature in WooCommere or you can use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/product-gtin-ean-upc-isbn-for-woocommerce/
