For the SEO data not showing up on the page, it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Do keep only Rank Math, Rank Math PRO, and WooCommerce enabled and see if the issue persists.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting. Please let me know if you find the conflicting plugin/theme.
And for the correct page not ranking, there is so much that Google checks for when ranking.
