Wrong Email Provided At Purchase of Pro Version

  • Hi,
    I purchased RankMath Pro and entered the wrong email address at time of purchase. I already have a free account. My account username is sergedionne and email address is s****@s***************.

    I used this email address at purchase of the Pro version s****@r*************** while it should have been s****@r**************** ( .com not .ca).

    The .ca email does not exist and I cannot receive the email you sent me at s****@r*************** for me to setup RankMath Pro.

    Can you resend the initial email to s****@r**************** or s****@s*************** per my current email in my free account please? Or setup the the Pro version in my current account above?

    You may reply to either s****@s************** or s****@r****************. I will receive both.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    As requested we deleted that account with an incorrect email and added the PRO subscription to this account.
