This option simply lists the most common words used on your website content that you could also set as keywords for your posts and rank for if you have not already done selected them.

If you check your page’s source code and run a search for each of these, you will see plenty of mentions with these words:
That is why Rank Math is saying these are the common keywords.

You can clearly see, The word MENU and TOGGLE is part of CSS not the part of the content.
Normally Content will be considered as a Keyword, not a CSS, Then why It is taking CSS as a keyword?

You are right, only the actual content should be considered for the common keywords test. This looks like a bug in our SEO Analysis API.

Rank Math is built exclusively for WordPress and it is not possible to use it with any other CMS, unfortunately.
If you really want to use Rank Math on that site, you may want to look into migrating from Concrete5 to WordPress – a quick Google search tells me that there are several plugins/services that can help with that.
