wrong account for content ai

    I bought Content AI starter just few minutes ago under a new account udo-0475 and email r***@m****** but it should be for my regular account username udohamburg r********@m******. How I can get Content AI now from the account udo-0475 to udohamburg? For prompt reply thank you in advance.

    To resolve this issue, we will need to transfer the Content AI subscription from the udo-0475 account to the udohamburg account. To do this, please submit a ticket to our support team by clicking the “Contact Support” button in your Rank Math account.

    In the ticket, please provide the following details:

    1. The username and email of both accounts (udo-0475 and udohamburg).
    2. A copy of the email receipt you received from FastSpring.com for the purchase of the Content AI subscription.

    Our support team will assist you promptly in transferring the subscription to the correct account.

    Hello,

    We have transferred your purchased AI credits to this your regular account.

    Now, please update your Rank Math Plugin to the latest version: https://rankmath.com/changelog/

    You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below.

    Then head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.

    Lastly, to avoid any confusion in the future, would you like to merge these two accounts?

    If so, please tell us the preferred email address and we will do the needful.
