You can disable Rank Math breadcrumbs by Heading over to Rank math > General Settings > Breadcrumbs and disable.

Just to be sure, did you remove it from each of the pages (since it is a shortcode it must be there) and also emptied the cache?

Could you please switch to any other theme temporarily to see if the issue goes away?
If it does, we will have shortlisted the issue to a code placed in your theme.
If that is the case, please check your theme files and look for the code in the functions.php, page.php and single.php files. You can check those at WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Theme Editor.
Once you find that code, please remove it. Or better yet, replace it with Rank Math’s breadcrumbs code.
