We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Thanks for your quick reply. I can include screenshots of any setting that you need to know. At this point I don’t want to share a login.
As I said the settings are applied correctly. But not for every language that I have setup in WPML. The removal of the category in the shop is only working in my primary language.

It is not just about checking the settings. We have to change them and try different ones on the fly. Is there any chance you can create a staging version of your website so we can check? Most of the web hosts provide an option for you to replicate your installation to a staging site for exactly this purpose.
Please let us know if that works for you.
You can also try leaving the category base enabled and using an external plugin for that if that is something you must have on your website.

hello Todd, well i could send you a complete site backup to do so.
But it’s not possible to get into the live system to play around im afraid.
As I real Rank Math is WPML compatible so I guess this should also be working or am I wrong? Is there a wrong setting or does rank math only apply this to the primary language by design?
