WPLM and Rank Math Compatibility Issues

    Hello support team,

    We have some compatibility issues with the WPLM translation plugin and Rank Math. For some reason, if we make a change in the SEO meta description etc. section, and save it, the information resets after a day.

    So, the work we’ve done is deleted, and we need to write it again.

    By talking to a couple of experts, they said that we need to contact you for this issue.

    We would be glad if you can help us out.

    NOTE: This issue is specifically visible with the Turkish translations. All changes made in Rank Math are deleted or reset after a day or two.

    Thanks for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.

    WPML is fully compatible with Rank Math. Also, we have not come across issues like this.

    I was able to login into your website’s admin area and upon inspecting, I found that you have multiple 522 (connection timed out) and other errors in the console of all posts and post-edit windows. Please see the screenshots available in the sensitive data section of this ticket. Also, your backend takes extra time to load any page.

    Fixing the errors might also fix the issue that you’re facing.

    Please try clearing your website’s cache and see if the errors are gone and monitor if the data storing issue gets sorted.

    Also, you have multiple plugins that are not updated to their latest version. You can update them and then follow this article to see which plugin or theme is causing the issue: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

    If that doesn’t help, then you can also get in touch with your hosting provider to get the errors fixed.
