Please allow some time for Google to recrawl your pages and remove these pages from the index. You can also request Google to remove these pages from within your search console.

I just added it to robots.txt, but from my previous experience, blocking wp-includes from Google bots can cause issues. Why could it happen, that Google suddenly started indexing it? It’s the time about when I changed to RM.

Disallowing wp-included folder does not cause any issue. Moreover, it has to be done if you do not wish the folder contents to be indexed by Google.
Also, this is mentioned twice in your robots.txt file:
Allow: /wp-content/uploads/
