WP All Import: Will I loose the RankMath data after importing the products?

    Every night the Woocommerce products are updated from an external XML-source using WP All Import.
    Rules are:

    • Existing product? Update title, description, image, price.
    • New product? Create the product.
    • Not in the import anymore? Delete it.

    My question:
    In the WordPress backoffice, I optimize each product’s RankMath SEO Snippet.
    So: after a WP All Import, will I loose these optimized product page snippets? Or can I safely continue optimizing my SEO using the wonderful RankMath plugin?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

    Rank Math saves all the SEO settings as custom field data assigned to the current post and thus this should not be affected. The custom values will however be deleted/orphaned in the database when your script deletes the products that are not on the XML import.
