Hi. I’ve added your plugin and it was working perfectly, but when I installed OneSignal Push Notification the field of customising SEO on the posts are blocked, I can’t edit anymore, do you have any idea how to solve it?

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

This issue might be related to a conflict with your theme code, I have installed One Signal Push Notifications on my local test site but I cannot replicate the issues as shown here https://tinyurl.com/y232lh5j
Please check whether the issue can be reproduced when you temporary switch to one of the stock WP themes. You can use the Healthcheck plugin to troubleshoot.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

I use Publisher theme from BetterStudios, if there is a problem with the theme, how can I solve it?

    Hi Neto,

Thanks for getting back to us.

Could you please inspect one of the affected pages using your browser’s developer tools and let us know if there are any JS errors reported?

We are looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hi Neto,

    Thanks for sharing the findings.

Your theme assets are causing a conflict with One Signal but we may not be in the best position to diagnose and fix this from our end. Please reach out to your theme author so that they can help further in this.

    Thank you.

ah ok, thanks for the help 🙂

    Hi Neto,
