The table of content by Rank Math was built for Gutenberg editor and it only shows when you’re editing the page with Gutenberg editor. There are some other Table of Contents plugins that you can use and Rank Math is compatible with those plugins as well. Thanks I’ll look into the other available plugins. Maybe it can be a feature request to have the rank math ToC be available as a short code so it can be used outside the Gutenberg editor

This is not something we currently have at the moment, and there are no plans to introduce this.
