  • Hello,

Sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

It seems like new tables are not getting created in the Database or some old plugin has left an incorrect entry.

    1. Please follow these steps to fix the issue:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/fatal-error-after-1-0-49-update/

    2. Please follow only the first 2 steps and clear your caches. The following steps mentioned in the article are for advanced users.

    Here’s a video screencast:

Please clear all the cache, including the server after following the above process.

That should resolve the issue. Thank you.

The actions above did not solve the problem. When activated Rank Math gives this message:

The plugin generated 2300 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.

The plugin is activated, but when adding a post, the error did not disappear anywhere

    Hello,

Can you please clear the cache, including the server-side, and let us know if that helps?

    Thank you.

Yes, I cleared the cache even earlier, but it did not help

    Hello,

If that doesn’t help, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Added in the sensitive area.

    Hello,

Where are you having these errors show up? I couldn’t replicate this on the dashboard, posts or pages list. You also have WP_DEBUG_LOG disabled so I couldn’t check the error logs. Could you please share some screenshots so from your end?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
