word count won't work with raw html texts - Support

Rank Math pro

Hi support team,
the “Basic SEO” of Rank Math SEO is showing only a word count of 22, although there are at least maybe 1000 words of raw html text.
Additional Information: The blog post is edited with WPbakery.
How can I fix that?
Could you please give me an advice on that.
