Word count issue

    The rank math interface is showing a lower word count than that shown by Google docs. Every 5000+ word article is differing by at least 250 words. How to sort this issue and which one is accurate?

    One of the links… after formatting the interface shows 5286

    whereas the google docs shows 6004 for the same content

    I have several other examples to show. Let me know if i shall add you to the Google doc interface as well

    Also let me know which word count to rely on as I need my monthly payout depends on it.
    My employer has been counting the rank math words and reprimanding me for raising the invoice as per the google docs. This is a matter of urgency as ones livelihood depends on it.
