    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math for help with your product URL rewrites.

    After updating the product URL settings, please refresh your permalink settings. To do this from your WordPress dashboard go to Settings > Permalinks and click “Save Changes”. Once you have refreshed the permalink settings, you can check if your preferred URLs are working.

    Thank you for your reply, but I cannot find the ‘perma link’ settings.
    I looked at Rankmath > general settings > links, RM > general settings > woocommerce, Woocommerce > settings > products. But nowhere does it say ‘perma link settings’.

    Could you be more specific, please?

    Hello there,

    After ‘fooling’ around in the dashboard and reading your instructions again, I saw that you meant the general settings on the dashboard. I found there the permalink settings, and I refreshed it. That worked, But…

    I would like to have the URL: my name/name article. I know how to change that, but I get a lot of ‘errrors’ on my site since se.ranking sees this as duplicates (see my screensave in the original message). Without the name, ‘shop’ and ‘product-collection in the URL, I got more than 1000 extra errors, and then my Google ranking goes down.

    How can I solve that?

    I am glad you managed to find the WordPress permalink settings.

    If I understand correctly, you want the product URL structure to be “yoursite.com/product-name/”. For that, please use the URL settings shown in the screenshot:

    For the duplicate URLs, you may need to create redirects from the old URLs to the new ones to avoid a drop in ranking. You can refer to our guide for how to create redirects: https://rankmath.com/kb/setting-up-redirections/
