While having WooCommerce, WooCommerce one-page checkout, and Rank Math SEO plugins active, go to the checkout page and interact with the login form in a way that triggers the Woocommerce notices (introducing a wrong password, for example). You will notice that Woocommerce notices won’t show up. But if you deactivate Rank Math SEO plugin, and do the same thing, now notices will show up.

    Hi Reinelle,

We are facing this issue on all one-page checkout pages created like https://www.equinet.co/checkout/advanced-content-marketing-strategy-live-class-bundle/. Once we disable the Rank Math plugin and try login with the wrong login details then it shows an error message like https://ibb.co/ykZSZmH screenshot. http://sandbox.equinet.co/checkout/advanced-content-marketing-strategy-live-class-bundle/ – Here is the sandbox checkout page URL where have disabled the Rank Math plugin and it shows the error message as expected.

Looking forward to your quick response.

    Hello,

In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I apologize for the delay in response.

I tried generating some errors when filling up the form and I can’t seem to replicate your issue. The notices on the form are showing when I purposely leave a password error as you can see in my screenshot in the Sensitive Data section.

    Can you please verify?

    Looking forward to helping you.

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Could you please try to reproduce the issue with the login form which is at top of each checkout page?

I have added a screenshot in the sensitive Data section for more reference.

Looking forward to your quick response.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for your patience as we look into why failed login notifications are not working on your One Page Checkout pages when Rank Math is active.

I managed to replicate the issue and narrowed it down to a conflict between Rank Math and Divi, or a conflict between Rank Math and the One Page Checkout plugin. The issue persists even after deactivating all plugins except Rank Math, WooCommerce and One Page Checkout. I’ve added a screencast of login attempts with Twentytwentytwo active and with Divi active in the sensitive data.

I have asked a developer to investigate further. In the mean time please contact the One Page Checkout team as they may already have a solution for this.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
