WooCommerce Database update

    On the last WooCommerce plugin update, it needed to do a database update.

    The WooCommerce database update is done with just one error – rank_math/analytics/daily_tasks (status Failed)

    It also says it is pending as a schedule to try again, so I left since it’s scheduled for 20 minuets to try again, but it failed again, now it shows to be scheduled for 6 days time.

    Please see screenshots of this in Sensitive Data.

    Please help with this Rank Math Database fail issue.

    Thank you for contacting Rank math and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Would you please check with your host to make sure Cron jobs are running on your site?

    The task listed there is related to Rank math analytics module. It is by this that data is automatically fetched and updated from your GSC to Rank math analytics.

    My host got back to me, and they said:

    “As I have checked all Cron Jobs are running correctly. I suggest you to contact Rank Math plugin support on this matter.”

    – Where do we go from here?

    Could this be Perhaps a plugin clash?

    – The host also said “Please try to contact plugin support again and say on hosting’s side we are not forcing wp-cron blocks.”

    Have you determined whether you have any other plugins affecting the cronjob?

    You can use this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

    Try enabling only Rank Math, then check if the function is working. Then try enabling each plugin one by one until you found the conflicting plugin.

    I have finished the plugin interference test (I only had RankMath and woo-commerce running) – but still failed.

    I ran the ‘rank_math/analytics/daily_tasks’ process now as if it were run as part of a queue.

    May this please be looked into by your tech team?

    Hello,

    I’ve checked your site and upon checking your Rank Math analytics page it looks like you didn’t connect to your analytics account yet which explains why the task fails.

    Please see the screenshot below:

    The failed tasks that you mentioned are related to the analytics module so if you want to use this feature then you would need to connect your site once you have connected the task should be able to run normally.

    For now, I’ve disabled the analytics module to resolve the failed tasks.
    You can enable this again if you decided to use the analytics feature.

    I am unable to find this problem again in the latest version (for my test site or my main site) – I didn’t change any settings.

    Perhaps the update fixed it?
