Please ensure that the Primary Taxonomy is also set to Product Categories on your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Products

We logged in to your site using the provided access details in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

Upon logging in we went ahead to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Products and set the value for Primary Taxonomy as Product Categories

Now when we check the product category selector in WooCommerce product editor we can see the Primary Category option as well.
